Ok I know we haven't updated in a while but we really haven't been up to much. Rick goes to school and studies and I go to work. On the weekends we try to get all of the normal stuff done that we don't have time for during the week: cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry, errands, studying, watching college football (go BYU!), etc.
In the beginning of September we went to the Louisville Kentucky temple for our Ward Temple day. It was the first time either one of us had done a session in a small temple so it was a neat experience. For us to get there, it is a little over two hours away.
This is my home away from home. This is my cubicle at work and where I spend most of my time during the week. My typical day consists of going to work from 8-5 and then a couple nights a week I go to the gym so that Rick can study undisturbed at home. I am taking both a pilates class and a yoga class and I am enjoying both.
Rick is going to school and studying during the week. On Fridays he likes to have friends over to play x-box to relax after the school week.
This is pretty much what we have been up to. We are going to see Brian Regan and will let you know how it goes!

Impressive clean desk, did you have to clean your desk or is it always that pretty? J/K I know that Will misses those Halo days with all the guys.....it was such a good stress reliever for all of the students. You'll have to keep me posted on your Halloween costumes!
2 hours from the temple is definitely different from Mesa for you guys. Dallas is a smaller temple and we think it is pretty neat too. Glad to hear everything is going well for you guys.
I love the update! Have fun at Brian Regan!
So happy to have an update! I too am impressed with your organized desk...Let's just say there will be no pictures of my desk posted because it isn't so neat :) Glad you were able to sneak away to the temple! It is beautiful. Hope you guys are doing as well as you sound. Miss you...
Good to hear from ya again. My sister in law lives in Louisville. Glad you are doing well!
Hi, Rick and Christie! I found your blog from Emily's. I'm Rick's cousin, Laura. I hope you don't mind if I add your blog to ours. Hope you're having a WONDERFUL Christmas season!!!
Hi there, Rick and Christie. I am Aunt Jackie, Uncle Archie's wife. I am so glad that Laura found you all so that we can all keep up with your family through the blogs. I don't have a blog but I have a facebook page which is a BIG step for me.
